A couple of sessions and hello

First of all ive not disapeared off the planet but due to work ive done hardly any fishing and have turned into nothing more than a forum reader.
Anyway i did manage two sessions in the last week ,both down Eastney .
The first was last monday in the light and resulted in bream after bream.
Most were in the half pound mark but i did have one of 1.5lb which went home for tea.
All fish taken on three hook flapper size four short shank aberdeens, bait was a little squid strip.
If you like catching lots of smallish bream then eastney at the mo is chocker with them
My next outing was friday night down eastney again.I was hoping for a decent bass or even an early coddling as i had dug some lug but none showed ,i ended up with numerous bream, two bass about a pound , a few mackys and one huge pout.
It was though a lovely evening and when my mate brought all his kids down for a noisy cake filled night picnick i new it was game over for those big bass
Tight lines John
