head out on wight reble agian today , out on the cod again.
but what a day we had over 140 cod between 5 of us and it was a pleasure to see alot go back with out any problems

, wieghts were between 2 lb - 15 lb of which the most common size was about 8lb
most of the crew on this trip like me booked up a few trips thinking it would be like last year and it would take a couple of trips to stock up on a few cod, plus im out agian on rob boat sunday.
this time i had 29 cod which a new pb on total personal catch in a trip and took half a doozen for the pot, plus the cheeks out of every fish kept for the day for tomorrows dinner.(you got to try the cheeks, bit like scollops)
another once in a life time trip, and a day to remember.

sory no piccys as most fish were quickly returned and if kept most were filleted . but if i can get hold of a few from some of the other il post them later

just in case you want to get out there and get in on this cod fest which may only a few weeks - couple of months
eric (wight reble skipper ) has got quite a few week day dates available and some weekend dates, plus he is going to arange some individuals trips.
