day bream believer.

Wepon of chose: 12lb class rod paired with an Dawia "slosh" 20 load with 20lb whip lash.

Bait: rag, squid, and mackel.

set of to Poole with some dout if we even get out of the harbour let allow catch any thing. Quick stop at Wessex angling to pick up the bait supply still think that I've just wasted £20. How rong could an man be. Wind dropped away and I'm sat here with sun burn.

Frist couple of Bream marks around old Harry were slow with just an few small bream on bored until our spiker rolled the dice. Slack water was at 14:00 so hour before we move to a mark 1 mile off Sawage to try our luck for Ray's and mix bag fishing. Still fish less at this point off came the Bream rig and on want an 4/0 pennell baited with an whole squid.

Frist drop spotted ray of about 5lb, re-baited second drop Smouthhound of about 6lb. Keep bizzy with dogfish but stiil no Bream.

With 1 hour left out came the Bream rig again bait up Rag and Squid and finaly got 3 small Bream in the last 30 min.

Fish of day with an Uniduale ray of 16lb 8oz great to see fish like come an bored ( would have better if I had hooked it ) but still the high point of the day.

Re: day bream believer.

Well done Paul, you managed to get your target fish.....and that Ray would have looked even better at my end of the rod, that is if I would have been there
