| hamble river 18/05/08 hung over as hell me and 4 m8s manged to get out on our boats for a play in the river . we started at the mouth in hope of some nice wrasse but nothink big, biggest we got was about 1 1/2lb and tons of pout which went straight back down in hope of big bass but not a touch all day. as tide turned we head up the river to try for some bass but we just had 100's of small ones. i did try for a mullet but thay did not want to know yet all in all was nice to get out with the sun out to play and few hair of the dog to make the day , just a shame the fish were not bigger.sorry no piccys phone battary flat. cheers john __________________ http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...xt80382370.gif     |
