 Langney Point Fished Langney Point Saturday Night with Roger, Quite a few other anglers there too including a very decent duo in the next bay. Armed with lug,squid mackerel and some frozen slipper limpets. first cast and 3 minutes later a flounder to me, cast two a pout again to me followed by another a little later 3-0 up at this point until roger caught a pout, next was my turn with a double shot of pout,not to be outdone Roger brought in a BIG pout (for these parts) of about 1.5 lb (Jammy sod) and his last cast produced another pout. Most fell to Lug/Slipper cocktails on size 2 wishbone/2 hook scratching rigs. Final Score Me - 5 Roger - 4 (but he caught the biggest) I'm Watching out for him he is getting a bit close     |
