baggie got smutty at seaton again

Hello every1 ! Been down to Royal Victoria Country Park, near Netley Abbey, a few weekends ago. Fishing off the old sea wall there, had a couple of dogfish and a mate had a small bass. Could use some1 with experience to give me a few pointers though .... dont really know the area. Heard rumours about Magazine Lane near Fawley refinery somewhere?? Any help would be great !
