| Fishing in Sidmouth 17/04 Hi all, Planning on giving Jacobs Ladder in Sidmouth a go tomorrow night, weather permitting. It's an 11.30pm ish low tide, which I have heard (From Pingu  ) is the best time to fish this area.Bait will be sandeel for Mr Ray and ragworm for anything else. My mate is probably going to bring some frozen mackerel as well. Wish me luck, as I will need it. Forgot to add, if anyone fancies coming along, you're more than welcome. Regards, Darren     |

You obviously didn't wish me enough luck, as some tosser decided to set fire to a derelict garage premises in the centre of Axminster, so I ended up closing the town all afternoon, missed the tackle shop, had no bait and didn't go fishing!! I think that is called Sod's Law. Maybe it was for a reason, strong easterly winds didn't bode well. Oh dear, maybe next time. Regards, Darren |
