plaice mark advice please??

Am a new member so not sure if im posting this in the right place or not. I live in exmouth and would like to catch a plaice from the shore could anyone please tell me the best place to try around here, dont mind travelling as far as chesil distance,east or west.Any advice greatly appriciated????

if your willing to travel to chesil west bex worth a shout
branscombe if you can do the parking charges

or stay close with sidmouth over river sid end, or closer still budliegh( steamer steps end)
worm baits and early morning /daylight

yup have to agree with dave... east portlemouth is worth a go too if you fancy a change or get no luck at chesil! but i would say chesil is your better bet

cheers for the advice guys,went weston on thursday, fished from 10.00 til 19.00 just got a couple of small smoothies a few small huss and about 20 dogs a bit disheartening when your tryin for a plaice,chuck it out and get a doggie bite straight away. thanks again.
