ray hunter is on a distinguished road
paddys gap 25/26th

Went a bit nuts on tuesday and yesterday and went chasing them ray again (or anything else!),
probably not the best tides but could get out over the weekend.
Went for the usual approach of one rod with a bit bait, pulley pennell with squid and mackerel wrap and on the other rod went for baby squid and frozen lug cocktail.
no ray on the first night but had two whiting to fish baits, sent one out again as ray bait but not a sniff.
Second night slightly different approach as had rag as bait, lots of double shots of pout and rockling to worm baits but bit a sniff on the bit ray bait.
very pleasant two nights fishing but think i will return on a spring tide.

Cheers
mark
