| Hill head cliffs 23,24 /03/08 Afternoon all , me , fisherdan , eddiec , and lewis , peterpan , stevebbh and crusader ..arrived at 7.30 pm , and looked forward to a hellish 1 mile walk under the cliffs . Arrived half dead quick rest and up with the gear ........ great little spot under the cliffs , sheltered from the northerly winds .... it was looking good , then out it came , just like someone had turned the light on the bright moon in all its glory .......... bugger , never the less we battled on with an arsenal of baits but it just wasnt to be , very few bites and even less fish ,,, dreadfull ,,,, so it ended lees team , 8 fish to petes team 3 fish so a win AGAIN id say lol all be it pout and whiting .... dave (crusader) missed the best bite of the night on limpet , gutted !!!! ..... the lads (ladies) ,,, left me and dan at 2 am .., and we battled on untill 5 am untill we could fish any more because of the tide ,,,but alas no more fish , packed up for the trudge back , a great night once again in great company , which more than made up for the lack of fish ...... cheers fellas for a great night ,,,,,,,pete soton next mate , where we will give a right home turf hammering lee. __________________ If Everyday things are getting you down & stressing you out, Think like a Dog, If it cant be Eaten or Humped, Piss on it and walk away..     |
