| baby snatching at charmouth managed a nice session down at charmouth last night had a shout from si at club and hunted for somewhere out of the wind arrived charmouth arround 5.30 conditions were lovely and sheltered and not that cold suprisingly  set up 1 rod for plaice and 1 rod for anything, and waited after 1/2 hour or so a rattle on the anything rod and result this BABY plaice for 1 1/2 points   as darkness fell so the small rigs were ditched and on went 2/0 pennels with sandeel and squid baits went out hunting ray and of course the dogs came in, but i did manage 2 BABY ray, 1 doubled up with a doggie to make me think something far better  gave it till 10 ( HT was 7.20) when the water had receded fast a very pleasent eve under stary skies and at last some proper fish starting to show, met a guy from honiton as left and got some good info on charmouth and how to fish, thanks mate  now to find their mummies next time  dave ps it was Si Esaa who gave me the title after telling him the success that was the abuse i got  __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives Last edited by pingu; 03-23-2008 at 05:23 PM.     |
