| Hayling Island 31/12/07 Fished the Inn on the Beach today. Arrived about 11am and fished the tide in. Weather good, no wind and the sea was flat. Used rag, squid and slipper limpet in various combinations and distances. Nothing caught except a small crab. A local told me that there were very few boats leaving the marina because someone had broken in and stolen the GPS equipment from a lot of the boats. (He did not catch anything either.) If someone offers you some GPS equipment for next to nothing then it may not be his!     |
