| RNLI flounder run results well it was fairly sucessful,concidering the weather with 80 people entred in . but im sure it will end up been as big as it used to be with 200 + entred each time as its for such a important cause to all of us who play around and on the sea steve (sharkey as some will know him ) took 1st place of £300  with 2 lb and his m8 lee took 3rd with 1 just a tad under 2lbso big well done to both of you and great to meet up, i had a mere of a day  and could hardly catch a cold with only a couple of tiny bass saving me from a blank, but luckly i had stella to keep me from going nuts .my m8 nigle did manage to get up on the prize table and got him self a new leeda boat reel for 7th place with 2 small flounders around 1 lb and my other m8 had a 15" bass but that was it the pools was taken by a 6lb bass in the end i think the was only 18 of the 20 prizes claimed so the last two went up for auction, i mangage to win a unknow amount gift voucher for £10 and guess what it was for........ £10  about right for the day i had, it was a good laugh and some money raised for the RNLI soon as iknow when the next one is il let you all know cheers john __________________ http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...xt80382370.gif     |
