 Flatty Bashing - River Taw If anyone is interested in flatty bashin down on the River Taw (Barnstaple) in the next month or so, i will be going down for a day weather permitting  . Takes 1.45 mins from Bristol.Will have up to date info when they are in and heavily feeding. Last year had up over 2lb in double shots! Mini rag or maddies are best, peeler if you can afford it! Most coming to maddies some nicer fish to peeler.Not long to go guys so will keep you informed and will post the date soon. No problem Juan, there is loads of room down there. We will be fishing over mud/sand some areas mud only. Walking over tarmac.. then possibly mud/sand but mostly on the shoreline shale/sand.
