You'll get 'em anywhere from Lee to Seaford in the east.

I've had 13 in three evenings > 2-8-0.
Most returned if not deep-hooked.
Kept two or three each.

Well done

Have you tried or heard many coming off Selsey beach at all ? Me and a mate had a couple each on the east beach just as it got dark then weed comes along and ruins it ......

Heard there had been odd trigger fish here during week

Re: Not since '87!!!!!!

Weed all through the Solent ... nasty stringy stuff and 'leader fluff'.
Desperately need a week's blow to clear it and set up the fishing again.

Last week I found that you had to put up with an hour of the stuff and then it generally cleared at high or just before.
The more tidal flow, the more the weed!

Best spot for little weed is Hayling, but that'll all change as soon as we get a 'blow'!

Having a late chuck tonight near home.
