Is this a skate?

I caught these off Assateague Island using a Penn Senator 6/0 and kayaking tuna chunks off shore about 300 yards. Any clues?

Yep, they are two different fish!!!!!!!! unless you changed your shorts inbetween shots!!!!!!!!
Top one is a stinger......sure that 2nd one is a manta ray...?????????

Definately a stinger, my mate caught one just the same in Gambia - with a short curly tail....(obviously some little sh*t cut it off at one time or other...)
