Catchalot report (last weekend)

Yep, we really enjoyed the weekend Davy,
despite not catching a skate this time.

Our trip with Ronnie was blown out - we had just filled the bait-tubs with fresh mackerel when a Force 6 blew up - and with it increasing in strength by the minute, Ronnie decided to make for the harbour.

So it will be the first year this century that we have no skate on our species list. Blew our chance of a black-mouth dogfish too.
(good news for our fellow competitors )


The Mackerel were not wasted though - we carry a hot-smoking kit in the campervan.
