ive taken to using my fly fishing wastcoat! ok i look a bit of a cross between
an S.A.S squaddie and J,R Hartley, but it duz the job and is surprisingly warm!
i can get every thing in ther! including spare jumper, reels, weights, rigs!
tho it gets a bit messy when ive had a few cans and cant remember which pockets got wot lol!

I must admit alot of the times i go fishing i leave the seat box at home and just use a large bucket to take everything in as i always overload the box and it don't do your back any good so id rather opt for the bucket with a couple of reals in rig wallet with all the bits in, few spools of line, rag, knife and half dozen leads! plenty enough for a session on the beach me thinks!

I got a length of old car seatbelt from a scrapyard to make a longer strap for mine. Works a treat.

LOL I have problems with my fly fishing waistcoat. Bloody things got about 30 pockets. When i'm fly fishing & the bailiff asks for my licence, I can never remember which pocket I put it in.
