| Mackerel Fishing Hi, I am going on a friends boat tomorrow, and i thought i may aswel pack some stuff for a bit of Mackerel Fishing, I have never sea fished before, only Coarse fishing. So i have all the coarse kit, but nothing for sea fishing, can anyone help me out? ie, what to take, rods, reels, rigs, baits etc. As i know NOTHING! Thanks Matt     |

 Re: Mackerel Fishing Hi Matt, If its just mackeral fishing then all you need is a short boat rod 7'6" a fixed spoll reel, 4-6 oz lead a couple of sea swivels 80lbs class oh and a set of silver tinsel mackeral feathers and a set of Fluo Hokkais.
