| Re: new to fishing what real ? Hi Craiggt4, if your fishing for bass from the beach with lures your better off with a fixed spool loaded with 20lb braid, bait fishing still a fixed spoll, from a boat a multipler with level wind, hope you get some good bass, tight lines Boo. |

| Re: new to fishing what real ? For lighter weights and more versatility you cant go wrong with a fixed spool. However if he is going to be using it for beach casting then get him straight on to a multiplier and forget the level wind. They just cause a whole load of head aches as you improve.
