bait stop tip

thought i'd pass this on(if not already posted)
have just started using those rubber float stops that you get for freshwater fishing, on the snood behind beads or sequins as bait stops. work a treat and as can get about 150 for £3 on ebay dead cheap as well and no damage at all to the line

i dont bother with bait stops, keep on meaning to try them but always forget

Good tip that Pingu,i use power gum with a small sequin infront of it.
Baitstops are very important espec when using small clipped down worm baits as they stop the bait flying up to the top of the snood during the cast.

me too! also found a great free souce of the stuff!
anyone work in noisiy enviroments should have a big box of ear plugs about?
the little foam yellow ones connected by a blue plastic elastic?
the blue elastic stuff is in fact power gum!
also the foam plugs ar perfect rig foam!
