 A Popped up rig this rig has been doing me well for the mackeral lately (when feathers havnt been working)apart from when its a match though  its really just a small float on the top snood to lift the bait(usually mackeral or sandeel)snood length on this one is about 2ft  this one shows it clipped down but you never cast it far anyway so clipping down not neccessary(think just adapted a rig body when made this one) also make this as a 1 pop up and 1 below lead too cover options have also 2 luminous beads on this one for added attraction sometimes easier than casting a float when conditions choppier hope find this usefull  dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives Last edited by pingu; 10-09-2007 at 03:12 PM.     |

| Re: A Popped up rig Hi pingu nice floats mate, in usa they are called corkies, very effective. deadly for salmon when used bouncing of the bottom with split shots in a flood or just after it, a lob worm on the hook or my favourite Blackheads. Nice one pingu. Stud. |
