Welcome shep36! Fishers are USUALLY a friendly lot. Watch and learn, if you cant see how they're doing it, introduce yourself and ask'em to show you what they're doing or how you are doing it wrong/different. You may be told to buzz off some times but most of the time you'll learn what you asked & make a friend. Just remember there are a 1000 ways to skin a cat, keep learning and pick the best for you.

Re: casting lessons

shep36, get in contact with Sea Angler ask for contact details of the instructor/s in your area. You wont look back after a couple of lessons with an instructor.

Regards Ryan.
