Bait digging in norfolk please help

Hello

im looking for some advice in regards to where to bait dig for either lug or rag on the norfolk coast?

can anyone help ?

I used to go north of blakeny point. Morestone and stifkey bud be careful of the tide. it can come in behind you or cut you off at the creek.

are there any other places i could try? if you could list a few tha twould be great. any places where the tide goes out quite far for lug etc?

They were the only places that I used to go unfortunately. I used to go with a pro digger for lug and the tide does go out a very long way. If you are just diggin your own bait. you could try Mundesly or bacton

Walk out on to the mud flats at Blakeney, Mortston, Stiffkey or Wells

No lug at bacton. very very few, not worth digging

You need to be more north Norfolk for any real joy. You should get enough for persnal use more south but not enough to flog .
