Question Loch Ken fishing advice/help.

Im going camping in Dumfries and Galloway soon and I want to take up fishing while im there, As a complete novice what equipment do i need? Any suggestions would be greatly recieved!

Hi mike depends what you want catch theres big pike in there trout not too bad also good all round rod about 9,10 feet abu premium cost bout £30 for starters let me know what you want catch this time year place full of young perch easy to catch with worm, maggot or small spinner
