Loch fynne

Hi can anyone tell me best place to fish for mackeral an pollock on loch fynne or that area also best time or month promised kids would take them only way wife let me go getting lol

You can try at Furnace there you will catch Pollock , mackeral and wrasse.

Try float will sand eel for the pollock or spin.

Thanks mate will give it a go dont suppose you know if can hire boat there fancy bit trolling by way can i i buy live sand eels anywhere? Sorry for ignorance been pike & trout man most of my days

Don't know about live sandeel but you can use frozen one's.

There is a guy up past Furnace who does the boats think the are 17feet will try and find his number and post after.

well spent 2 days exploring loch fyne had some small pollock, plenty macks,kids loved it but was realy surprised at the amount of sea trout along shore was stalking one an pair of gannets decided to join in lol one took bloody fish other had a go at my lure lol anyway am back next weekend with mates going to try up at inverbervie any one know if it fishing well an any good marks
