 Inverbervie Area 060108 Bit late i know but.... Inverbervie area, Aberdeenshire, 06 January 2008 Weather/Wind: Cold clear night with a slight wind Sea State: Moderate but dropping away Bait: Squid, Mackerel, Razorfish Tide: HW @ 00.25 Met a few mates off WSF and decided to fish a mark around the Inverbervie area. There had been a massive storm the night before which made fishing impossible. Set-up on the mark and found that the other people fishing there had been into the cod all day long with lugworm being the prime bait. Typically we never had any with us. Fished for about 5 hours with only two coddling caught between us. I got a lovely 4.25lb coddling and my mate a nice 4lb coddling. Was good to get out and fish for the first time this year and to also catch a coddling on my new rod. This mark proves time and time again that if you fish it in the correct condition in the winter it will provide sport.  __________________ Looking for sea fishing marks in Scotland?
