Abu Rod help please.

Hi

I have a ABU rod, but I cant seem to find what the model is.
Can anyone help, I have been trying for weeks searching the web ETC.

Someone told me it was a ABU 16C with trigger handle, but I dont know.

I have placed some pictures on te following website

What length is the rod , are there any visable details on the bag or the sticker above the top hand grip ????

It will be a mid seventies model ,designation will end in S ,as that style of handle is a speedlock. One beachcaster was fitted with it and quite a few spinning rods.

looks to be detail on the abu label, cant read it from pics though.

There is no sticker above the handle, I dont think the bag belongs to this rod.
Its 3.5mtrs long.

It`ll be a 484CS beachcaster then ,all the spinners were around 9 ft long

Heres the page showing it in the 1978 Abu catalogue ,the rod on the bottom...

not much...not really sort after as unlike the other models that have a cult following this one was only made for a short time due to the unpopularity of the reel seat and that it can't be changed....
