Halibut Pellets in sea

Woudn't ya think Halibut pellets (on a bait band) would catch abroad in sea ??

I've persevered with these in harbours / coves without so much as a touch.

( wellmay be one nudge but might not have been a fish big enuff to take it)

You'd think they'd attract in shore fish what with the smell.

Shouldn't imagine for one minute sea fish think NOT EATING THAT FRESHWATER MUCK !!
Any one else tried these in sea ???

Maybe they don't see em' as don't show up well being dark brown ??

Might try some BRIGHTER coloured ones in a different fishy flavour next time.
