fished laser quay last night untill the rain started very slow with just the odd whiting and pout showing up,met a couple of lads from off here i think,one of them had his young son with him who showed his dad how to catch fish lol.
If it was you guys from off of here it was good to meet you.

Hello Matey that was me and Noel (aka moleman) good to see you on here, welcome to the forum

Yeah that rain did come down some didnt it lol, got bloody soaked and then had to run Noel back home before I made my way home!!! We packed up just after you left as the rain was coming down sideways and I had lost 2 rigs and caught 0 fish but hey at least Noels little lad had one and Noel got to christen his new rod so was worth the trip out ( I swear he took that rod to bed with n all ).

I got Noels lad all half term at mine so I have not been allowed to forget the fact that he got a fish and I didn`t lol, and im sure I wont be allowed to forget it for the rest of the week either.

Looking forward to hitting Shorne marshes on sunday!!! Just hoping the weather clears up in time to hit it at low water. Big spring tide should make the codling within reach (hopefully)
