Galveston Bay Fishing Report 1-31-11

Well fishing around here has been pretty though. We haven't been booking too many trips lately due to the weather. It has been cold to real cold much of the past two weeks. I don't really book a lot of trips this time of the year because of that reason. I will start to fish on a regular basis in 2-3 weeks and hopefully I can have some better reports then. Now the only reports I have got that were decent was from some guides that have been wade fishing the shallow waters in West Bay. Most of them are throwing MirrOlures and catching some nice size trout, but the numbers are not there. Some success has also come from fishing over some shell and mud with soft plastics. Not a lot to get too excited about. Things should really turn on soon. Well until next time, see you on the water.
