A few fish tonight

A bit on the small side but it is only march, we had 14 between the 2 of us 7 each, we caught them within the 1st 20 minutes then it just died off. 2 shown i caught.

Thats me for the shore for a while guys, boat in may, and the river shortly. Fish off the shore is poor to be honest, i will fish it when its the right time and put something much bigger on site. Chow Tight lines

Spot on, we get them much bigger later on darell. Thats me though for a while, scittery size only drowning the bait. Plaice will be showing shortly over here, abit spent and thin from spawning i like to fish for them when they are plump around the end april/may/june time. They come in in bucket loads soon and i had in the past 3 every cast solid for 2 hours, bit more sport later on. Nice ray in your pic, looks a good size. Wont be long till the boat, its funny in 8 years ive never blanked the boat (ive never blanked the boat period) 99% of the time you cant fail to catch on the boat. Good skipper helps. Ive a wee bit of crack in our club(i know i will one day) if i blank ive to buy every angler on the boat a drink, one day it was close 2 hours to go i pulled up a double pollock on a flying coller rig,phew. Thanks guys, there was no skill involved trust me for me its cr.p fishing. Cant wait as the year unfolds to a big increase in size and numbers, yes 14 tiny fish not worth it. I cant believe its still only march guys
