| My first sea fishing outing this weekend Hi guys, I am going to Folkestone this weekend for a fishing and camping trip. I have pre-ordered ragworm; lugworm; squid & mackeral (covering all options). As I have never done this, any tips please. I am particularly keen on catching bass.     |

| Re: My first sea fishing outing this weekend If you can fish at first and last light so much the better. Also don't think you have to cast to the horizon, just beyond the breakers is where you want to be. Oh and don't be afraid to put out big baits, Bass will surprise you at what they will have a go at! All of your baits will catch, flapper rigs for the schoolies and pulley rigs or running ledgers for the bigger fish.
