14th or 15th July Boat trip

Hi

My friend and I are fed up of just drowning rag and weed. We want to go boat fishing, sadly neither of us have a boat (yet) nor rig (for boat fishing). We've looked into charter for those days but for 2 people it's just silly money. We certaintly dont expect a free ride but ideally someone going out anyhow and we could tag along.

Could anyone help or even suggest someone. Preferably in the south, I'm from portsmouth.
