Gap year Fly fishing

I'm taking a gap year starting from this summer of 2009, i've been fishing since i was tiny so about 17 years and really want to expand my fishing experience while seeing parts of the world, i'm going salmon fishing on the lower oykel in the first week of august to kick it off, and then heading to the hebrides to try and find some sea trout, and thats as far as i've planned! so as you can probably see its not very as some might say 'adventurous' (although great fun) so if anyone would like to suggest any destinations to fish around the world i would be very grateful?
