valleyboy is on a distinguished road
My first salmon

went salmon fishing on the usk yesterday.fished the kemmys beat just above usk town got to the river at 4. 30 AM although the river was still heavy and very coloured i started fishing with worm as bait at 5.45 had my first bite i struck into the fish and immediatly the fish broke the surface and jumped about a foot out of the water well after a few powerfull runs and 15 mins later the fish was landed it weighed 10lb 8oz it was my first ever salmon

Very Jealous of that great fish i went to Norway 2 summers back and the salmon i caught was only 1/2lb
