| sa After allthe rain of late i got the spinning rod out and popped down the river Ebbw.THE water was up but clearing a little bit . you cant spin on my club water which is Islwyn anglers so i went down towards newport . I was useing a black flying C and on the 2nd cast every thing went solid i was,nt really expecting any thing when all of a sudden a salmon started leaping, [I MG]http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t26/flyman_album/DSC00023.jpg[/IMG] It weighed 10lb there was 2 sea lice by its tale the photo was taken by my mobile phone a few hours later |

| Re: report The salmon was caught on ablack flying c. the ebbw river was up after all the rain latley so i popped down on tuesday not expecting to catch any thing, there is no spinning allowed on my club water which is Islwyn angling so iwent down towards newport. Secound cast was all it took it must be my lucky year. The photo was taken on amobile phone a few hours later. there was a couple of sea lice on the fish near its tail fin. Flyman |
