hard work

will make this short as it was a very hard day with little to report
got to the lake at 0400 and despite all my efforts didnt get a single beep until
12.30 when i had a fast take on a legered roach,this resulted in a very welcome fish of about 6lb

tried hard all afternoon but they didnt want to know
the only bright spot was that i got a couple of fish for the species hunt

unlucky PAUL know what you mean when its hard its HARD least you got a point or two and a pike so it was still a result .

no mate,it was hard work and it was obvious from the start that we were going to get very little out of the day,22 rods out on sunday and only 1 fish was caught

Every cloud has a silver lining Paul. At least you got some species hunt points, & the Pike was quite a nice fish too.
