getting bigger

another session in the search for esox magnus.
i went with my eldest son chris and enjoyed some nice weather,unfortunately the fishing wasn't so good.
we tried very hard,we changed swims three times and only got one fish,i had a nice pike of 9lb 2oz on half a herring.
it may have been a quiet day but my fish are slowly getting bigger.

2 more sessions planned for next week.
more reports to come,and i might even get a picture or two.

Well what can one say your on a roll and I do think that the good double pike is def in the works

i don't have a lot of luck with these digital cameras,i stood there posing with a big grin on my face,the pike behaved itself and my boy couldn't get the camera to work,i couldn't grab the camera as i was wet and had my hands full,so i put the fish back,turned out he put the bloody batteries in back to front.
never mind i will be ready when the big one comes along.
