| lets try again off in the morning,going to try to break the run of blanks. all the gear is ready, baits are going to be herring,mackerel,roach and lamprey. can't go wrong can i ?.  will report in tomorrow evening.     |

| Re: lets try again Hope you end this run soon mate........sometimes you know when your fishing well and sometimes you realise that you are fishing like a plonker but when you think you are fishing bad i think that we (anglers) tend to over-compensate when what we really need to do is just chill out and relax into the fishing, try not to think about catching and thats usually when the alarm screams off, or go and make a brew or go for a piss .......its always when your busy or least expect it that you catch !! LOL......just a bit of pikers philosephy there mate, all the best for the rest of the season Paul ! | Re: lets try again DAMN.......!! Tempted fate there......was up at pike heaven yeasterday (Edgelaw res.) and blanked in style!! Not even a jack or fish up to 8lb and thats very unusual for Edgelaw.
