| Old Bedford Pike hi all, i was thinking of having a pike session on the old bedford around the downham market area. I haven't fished there for a few years but had quite a bit of success there when i went last. Has anybody been recently? I read that it has suffered a lot with silt and the fish numbers have declined. Anybody else heard that? I just wondered if it would be worth a go? Cheers.     |

| Re: Old Bedford Pike Thats sounds ok, the biggest i ever managed was 13lb and quite a few jacks. Also used to get loads of dropped runs, zander presumably. Is near the bridge at Salters Lode still productive or is it worth taking a walk!? |
