| Re: a stroll along the canal well i tried both by the rowing club( tad too busy with rowers and then lime kilns till 7 yesterday had 1 good take on a deadbait smelt, lost in weed, and a finiky float lift on herring, apparently alot of big eels comeing out at moment so that could be the finiky ones quite a few jacks terroriseing the small fry out there as dusk came properly caught a freshwater mussel. not sure if this means didnt blank ![]() ![]() and was nice to see Baz will be back again soon ![]() dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives Last edited by pingu; 10-16-2011 at 12:28 PM. |

| Re: a stroll along the canal Hi Dave - nice surprise to see you down the kilns, shame it was so late on in the day as it was just about dusk when I strolled along and saw you hiding in the margin. Aaron and I both had a small jack each up towards turf basin, but no other fish showed, no follows or anything apart from the 2 jacks. |
