pike fishing in the atlantic wharf

i was told that there are big pike in the atlantic wharf.
been down a few times now and have tried several methods, such as dead bait legered to the bottom and also on a float (roach) and i have tried a few lures (shads and diving plugs). Niether have brought me success. i dont know if im not fishing the right spots or at the right time so any advise would be awsome.

i have also been told from reliable sources that there are a few complete pigs in there. I would think that the bait fish during summer would be around about the pub not too far from the surface where scraps of food are likely to be thrown in. The pike can't be far away. Been meaning to have a go myself but not had chance yet. Be interested to see your catch report if you do get one. Good luck.

I was told that the pike go upto 30lb and the carp upto 40. I've also seen some of the carp in there on the surface and believe me there's some monsters. I'll let you know if I get owt.

Anything further on this ? Ive seen fry scattering before but put it down to the cormorants diving

I've had a little jack out on the spinner just out from a man made peg. I've also talked to some of the boys there and there have been some big pike pike pulled out. Will post if I catch owt

not heard much since last season tbh. As soon as the frosts creep in i'll get over there for a few hrs.

Who controls fishing there ? Is this another water controlled by Glam Anglers ?
