New to pike, but think am spoiled???

I've been fishing since i was a nipper and have recently taken up the godly art of pike fishing. I've dedicated myself to it over the past 2 years/ seasons and think I've been blessed with a water that's producing huge pike in great numbers! I'm not posting this to gloat or anything along those lines, but I'd love to hear what the average loch/lake/canal fishes like??? I can honestly say hand on heart that I've landed over 150 doubles 84 twenty's and 3 30 plus in 12 months. That's fishing for 6 months at a time over 2 years. I had wanted to post my pictures but my daughter killed my camera with her acid like slevers!!! lol, pls dont think I'm being a twat or big headed folks, I'm just wondering what it's like for everyone else out there??

Re: New to pike, but think am spoiled???

That's a serious number of good fish.
Looks like I might be stalking you if I go to Stranraer for my holidays this summer :-)

yep really good quantity and quality, however some will be repeat captures but even so, still damn good going. i used to fish a water were i use to live, approx 30 acres in size, you would average 6-10 pike a trip with over half of them being low doubles. 6 or 7 years it fished like that, good thing was you would only see 1 or 2 other pike anglers there in a month,, then for no reason the fishing got real hard, 1 fish a trip if you were lucky, my point being enjoy it whilst you can, the pike soon learn about anglers and there baits
