useing oil mackeral to boost pike

i watched des taylor on a dvd about pike fishing with lures , he s stated that covering his human scent with fish scent helps as fish are goood @ smelling scents also , can you inject jelly ones as well ive been told ???? but im worried about smelling horrid also can i add a bit off oil on plugs ,<crankbaits> thanks

yes you can inject mate , don't know if it helps , never made a lot of difference to me ,
if your worried about tainting your hands with fish oil wear some thin latex gloves
