Looking for an old fishing friend I lost contact with a lifelong friend about 10 years ago who was a Londoner that moved up to the Fens in the mid to late eighties. He lived/lives in the soham / newmarket area and we used to fish all over the fens for pike and zander including roswell pits. I have no idea if any of you know him , his name is dave allen around 42 years old. PM me if you have any info , I am not sure if he fishes any longer.

Re: Looking for an old fishing friend By that I did mean the Soham / Newmarket local freebie (but I'm sure you grasped that) Also was your friend in his 40's back in the 80's or now?

Re: Looking for an old fishing friend I will try the locals , he is in his early 40's now. I think he does not fish too much anymore , whicj is suprising as we fished since we were 4/5 years old then were fishing nuts after that.
