Pike fishing on the Tees

Hi everyone. Hopefully somebody will answer my question for once.

Its nearly that time again, there's a chill in the air and I have an itching desire to catch a Pike again.
Living in Darlington I have heard the Tees has a few in. Having tested all along the Darlington free stretch last week using both deadbaits (Smelt & Mackerel)and lures, it has revealed nothing.

I am in Thornaby AA and ATDAC. Are there any waters or sections of the Tees controlled by these associations where Pike can be caught. I have heard the Tees at Middleton One Row has some good spots. Not looking for specimins here, just a spot of good predator sport. Any answers & Tips appreciated!!
