Re: Gave up Piking...

Guys I know this does not have much to do with the subject of the thread but I wanted to share it anyway. Has anyone seen these Unilite LED Headlights?? I bought one of these last week and the thing is absolutely amazing.

The company has a good Facebook page as well www.facebook.com/uniliteprosafe. I haven't actually seen these guys in any tackle shops has anyone else seen them about? I know that they sell mainly to industry but these headlights are really good. The headlight i have bought has an infrared sensor so when you have you hands full with nets or line you can turn it on with a swipe of your hand in front of the headlight. It also has 3m hi-viz strips with rubberised headbands so it doesn't slip off your head, focus, sos, dim and a rear battery pack light. Was really impressed as well with 180 lumens of light for the money. Ive had about 9hrs use out of it so far and its still going on 3x AA batteries. Unlike some company's like LED Lenser it came with loads of features for a good price. I have added some pictures off their Facebook page to show you guys the item as I have not been out with it yet, but just testing it out its a great purchase.

I bought mine from RS Components as I have an account with them through work http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/torches/7393122/ thats the product on there. But like many on here I've been stuck for a good headlight for ages. I hope that helps some of you with the same dilemma. I also hope those links work as well. Let me know if anyone has used any of their other lights as I'm thinking of getting a PS-H6 350 Lumen headlight they do....
