To be honest, what I was looking up was how to PROPERLY get your hand in under the gills and up to the 'V' in its jaw without going near the gill rakers because a) i dont wanna hurt the fish and b) i dont want to hurt myself! Any tips on that? Any ones i have found online are very vague tbh |

| Re: Nice Pike with a surprise! Ahh mate, you're a legend! I've a fair idea how to do it, but I would rather be shown how before I end up getting a high double or even a 20 and losing my left arm! My new spot has apparantly been known to house a few big ones! My mates just off the phone saying he has picked up the bait for tonight, but since that sun has came out im not sure if i'll even bother piking. Might stick to the roaching for another night! |
