May take the missus and kids up there for the day, and accidentally drop my spinning rod in the boot of the car too..shame to waste the trip just sitting on the bank eating sandwiches!. | Re: Pike at Decoy? just remeber that it's a hard water ore baiting is essential either early morning or late at night. (can't believe I'm givin my secrets out LOL) I've always found that baiting two swims works well due to the volume of water and features. tj |

| Re: Pike at Decoy? hi late reply i use to fih there alot,, i lived 5 mins away, when i was 13-14 years old there was a dead pike found in the shallows it was over 25lb in weight.. decoy use to b stuffed with rudd i had my best rudd from there 2lb 2oz didnt fish it for years until 3 years ago tench fishing and my mate caught a small jack on maggots..the lake is over 100ft deep in middle huge pike could b lurking there |
